Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….

I wanted to do a quick sketch portrait of Dan Savage, the sex advice columnist, editor and political activist who recently silenced Stephen Colbert with his quick wit. What I did not expect was to see Dan come out in full drag to host the event! But I quickly adapted and here is the drawing that my sister in law recently said �that looks like me when I was young!�
